Subscription to iCoordinator™™ works on a credit based system in order for the users to experience its full potential without limiting the number of users. Based on your available credit, you and your team can access the project coordinator through your mobile and collaborate with each other.

Anyone can subscribe to a room in iCoordinator™® without any cost. All you have to do is to come to our home page and register the user. Once you are registered you will be allocated a start-up credit of 10 points and 100MB space in the room as a default space. 1 credit will allow one user to access the room for one day. Thus the start-up credit allows one user to use the room for 10 days or 10 users to use it for one day. The number of days varies based on the number of users.

When you purchase credits, once the allotted 100MB space is over, additional space of 250MB will be activated automatically. Each 250MB space will be charged 10 credit points per day.

Usage Scenario

Mr. X from ABC Company is a project leader and has 9 members in his team. Mr.X has purchased 1000 credits for USD 30. He has added the entire team including him to use the room in order to manage the project. With the 1000 credits, 10 of them can access the room and collaborate for 100 days. If the team is not exceeding the 100MB storage space they will be able to use the credits for 100 days for all the 10 members. Incase if they have exceeded the space on the 10th day and allocated another 250MB space, out of the balance 900 credits, 10 credit per day will be deducted for the additional space. So in effect 10 users with additional 250MB space will be able to use the room for 45 days with the balance 900 credits.
